I'm deeply honored to walk alongside people as they navigate the questions, decisions, and transitions that shape their lives. My own journey has been one of profound transformation. Through seasons of searching, uncertainty, and learning to trust God, I discovered that my identity and purpose were not something I had to create on my own.

Today, I help others take their next step with greater clarity, confidence, and faith.

MY STORY

From Searching for Meaning to Finding My True Identity

Hi, I'm Julie Lattouf.

For years, I struggled with my identity. I tried to fit in, searched for meaning, and looked to the world to tell me who I was supposed to be. Like so many of us, I pursued success, achievement, relationships, and the life I thought I was supposed to have—believing that if I could just accomplish enough, become enough, or find the right path, I would finally feel fulfilled.

But I still felt lost.

There was a time in my life when I didn't know who I was, what I wanted, or what I was called to do. I had even fallen away from practicing my Catholic faith for many years. Through difficult seasons, hardships, and experiences that challenged me deeply, my relationship with God became distant.

But God never stopped pursuing me.

Through the grace and intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, I found my way back to the Catholic faith. And when I returned, I returned with a deeper understanding of what it means to surrender my life to God.

I discovered something much deeper than anything the world could offer:

My identity is not something I have to create. It is something I receive in Christ.

The more I surrendered my plans to God and became willing to follow where He was leading, the more I began to understand who I was, why I was created, and what I was being called to do.

That realization changed the way I understood purpose, success, identity, and what it means to live a truly abundant life.

It became the foundation for Walk By Faith Coaching.

FAITH MEETS BUSINESS

Where Faith & Professional Experience Come Together

They were meant to come together.

I believe the Church is filled with talented, passionate people who have incredible ideas and God-given gifts—but Catholic businesses, nonprofits, ministries, and parishes don't always have access to the same business resources, strategic knowledge, or professional support available in the corporate world.

That's where I want to help.

I want to take my business education, corporate experience, nonprofit experience, Catholic professional experience, coaching background, and passion for the Church and use them to help Catholic leaders and organizations grow, become more effective, and fulfill their mission.

Because I believe that doing God's work deserves our best work.

MY APPROACH

My approach brings together professional coaching practices with the richness of Catholic spirituality, the wisdom of the saints, spiritual reflection, and prayer.

I don't believe coaching is about telling you what decision to make or giving you a predetermined answer. Instead, it's about creating a thoughtful and supportive space where you can explore what you're experiencing, identify what matters most, listen more intentionally, and discern your next faithful step.

A Calling to Walk Alongside Others

After years of professional coaching and spiritual direction, I felt called to create a space where people could explore the questions and transitions that shape their lives through the lens of faith.

Because faith isn't separate from the rest of who we are.

It influences how we make decisions, navigate relationships, approach our work, understand our identity, and discern what's next.

Walk By Faith Coaching exists to help people slow down, create space for reflection and prayer, and begin recognizing the ways God may already be inviting them forward.

This keeps your existing section short and elegant, while incorporating the client's core message.

What I Believe

  • Faith isn't separate from the rest of who we are. It influences how we make decisions, navigate relationships, approach our work, understand our identity, and discern what's next.

    My own journey taught me that the more I surrendered my plans to God and became willing to follow where He was leading, the more I began to understand who I was, why I was created, and what I was being called to do.

  • Discernment isn't always about finding an immediate answer. Sometimes it means creating space to slow down, listen, reflect, and become more aware of where God may be leading.

    Through coaching, I create space for you to explore your questions, desires, values, and circumstances with greater intention while trusting God with the process.

  • I believe every person has been given unique gifts by God. Sometimes we recognize those gifts right away, and sometimes it takes years to discover them.

    Our experiences—including the difficult ones—can become part of the story God uses to reveal who we are and what we are called to do.

    When we allow Jesus to lead our lives, we begin to understand our identity, recognize our gifts, and discover our purpose.

  • I know what it feels like to be unsure of who you are and where you're going. I've lived through seasons of questioning, searching, starting over, and learning to trust God when I couldn't see what was ahead.

    You don't need to know the entire path before taking the next step.

    Sometimes you simply need clarity. Sometimes you need encouragement. Sometimes you need someone to ask the right questions. And sometimes you need someone to remind you that God has not forgotten you.

    You just have to be willing to take the next step.

That's why I don't believe you need to have everything figured out before taking your next step.

Sometimes you simply need clarity. Sometimes you need encouragement. Sometimes you need someone to ask the right questions. And sometimes you need someone to remind you that God has not forgotten you.

My hope is that when someone encounters Walk By Faith, they don't simply encounter a coach—they encounter an invitation to encounter the Lord.

Because when we allow Jesus to lead our lives, we begin to see everything differently.

We begin to understand our identity.
We begin to recognize our gifts.
We begin to discover our purpose.
And we begin to become the person God created us to be.

Discover the Gifts God Has Given You

One of the things I believe most deeply is that every person has been given a unique gift by God. Sometimes we know exactly what that gift is. Sometimes it takes years to discover. And sometimes our experiences—including the difficult ones—become part of the story God uses to reveal it.

WHY "WALK BY FAITH"?

Walking by Faith,
Not by Sight

The name Walk By Faith comes from 2 Corinthians 5:7:

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”

To me Walking by faith doesn't mean knowing exactly where you're going.

It means trusting God enough to take the next step.

It means surrendering the plans you thought your life needed to look like and becoming open to the plans God has for you.

It means believing that even when you can't see the whole path, God can.

That is the heart of my work.

Whether you're navigating a personal transition, discerning your next chapter, developing your business, growing as a leader, planning an event or retreat, or simply trying to understand what God may be calling you toward, I want to help you take that next step.

Not toward becoming someone else. But toward becoming who God created you to be.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

More Than a Coach — A Person Who Loves People

I'm passionate about Jesus, the Catholic faith, evangelization, personal growth, business development, leadership, coaching, event planning, retreats, travel, exploring new places, and bringing people together.

I love creating experiences where people feel welcomed, inspired, challenged, and connected.

I've had the privilege of working with executives, CEOs, presidents, executive directors, nonprofits, Catholic organizations, and individuals across different industries. I've also had the opportunity to lead and coordinate numerous events and retreats.

But at the heart of everything I do is something very simple:

I love people.

I love hearing people's stories.

I love helping people see possibilities they couldn't see for themselves.

I love watching someone discover a gift they didn't realize they had.

And I love seeing what happens when someone stops asking,

“Who does the world want me to be?”

and begins asking:

“Lord, who did You create me to be?”

That question changed my life.

And it is my hope that through Walk By Faith, I can help it change yours, too.

You don't have to have the whole path figured out.

You just have to be willing to take the next step.
